Private annexe, own front door

The annexe has its own front door, 2 double bedrooms/bathrooms, a small lounge with temporary kitchenette, sofa and dining table for 2. NO SMOKING. The accommodation is most ideal for 1 or 2 adults working, training or exhibiting away from home, or as a base for visiting family. Pricing is for the whole annexe and a single rate is offered. A booking for 2 is based on sharing one double bedroom. If both bedrooms are required for 2 singles, please book for 3 people to get correct pricing. The space The annexe is attached to the host’s home via a locked door. It is spacious and comfortable, fitted out and maintained with care. A private space just for the occupant. Pricing is per person, and bookings for one person at single rate are welcome. Ideal maximum occupancy is 2 adults either sharing a bedroom (book for 2), or two singles in separate bedrooms (book for 3 for correct pricing). Sleeps up to 4 adults in two double or king size beds. The kitchenette is temporary and suitable only for hot drinks and basic food preparation. There is a microwave, full size under counter fridge with small icebox, kettle and toaster. Host is happy to help with laundry if you are staying for more than one week. Ironing board and iron provided. One private allocated parking space. Flat TV in every room, desk in one of the bedrooms, also small dining table with two dining chairs in lounge.
