Casa Algodoal - Charming Boutique Beach-House

Casa Algodoal is a charming bespoken property that celebrates Tofo's natural beauty with spectacular views of the main beach and bay. Centrally located, but tastefully blended, Algodoal is perched just above the main beach, so you're close to everything but still enjoy an intimate privacy. The space Completed in 2009, Casa Algodoal is a large open-plan boutique home made from 100% natural and locally sourced materials (Cimbiri and Chamfuta). Located on the southern end of Tofo Beach, Algodoal retains a seclusive feel despite its central location. The home is two-stories and enjoys a lovely vista of the entire bay of Tofo, best enjoyed on the balcony extending the breadth of the lower level. The ground floor has two large rooms (one an en-suite master), a Moroccan inspired bathroom with tub, and a large open area that is comprised of the kitchen, dining area (punctuated with a bespoken world-map dinner table), and a lounge area to relax and watch the whales. Extended French-style glass doors provide the option of leaving the balcony open during good weather, and closing them if the wind gets strong. Upstairs, a mezzanine lounge, half bath, and additional room highlight the space. Beach access is a short 20-30 m (Less than 2 minute walk) from the house's front gate entrance. Other things to note We have 2 guard dogs that provide additional security as well as 2 guard cats. All the animals live at another home in a sectioned off part of the property, below Algodoal, but will occasionally visit during their security rounds.
