Spacious, double room with parking

I have a lovely, large comfortable double room 2 mins walk from Newbury train station, where threre are regular trains which will get you to Paddington within 50 mins. If you're driving, I have a private parking space. The town centre is just a hop, skip and jump away, with a great variety of places to eat, drink or you could go for an evening at the cinema, corn exchange or a beautiful stroll by the river Kennet. I also have a friendly cute cat🐈‍⬛️ The space The room serves perfectly as a clean home from home. You will have use an iron, small ironing board (I might even leave you some ironing if you're lucky 😉) towel, tea/coffee making facilities, Free view TV, free Wi-Fi. The bathroom (next door to the bedroom) is shared, only with me, and should you forget anything you should find all toiletries you require. Guest access I have a designated private parking space. I'm located on the second floor of a lovely modern secure building - so that should keep the hamstrings in check!! During your stay I am a friendly, professional female who works hybrid locally.
