This is a walk-out basement suite in an end-unit townhouse in a very nice neighborhood of Montgomery County in the Colesville area of Silver Spring. There is a kitchenette, a brand new full bathroom, and a private washer and dryer in the basement. There is lots of light and you have the entire basement to yourself with a separate entrance from the back side of the house. The space Privacy, access to major highways and shopping centers and a quiet neighborhood are some of the benefits of this place. Guest access The entire basement including full bath, kitchenette and utility room and no one else has access to any of it. Other things to note * This unit has no parking but you can park on Herbert St. *The AC and heating system thermostat is controlled from upstairs and set to normal temperatures for the season. Please let us know if you have a specific need and we will make sure it is taken care of. A portable space heater can be provided if needed.
