The bright attic apartment with balcony is a place of recreation and relaxation. Location The The space The apartment is conveniently located and easy to get to from the train station. It is close to the nature reserve, which is ideal for relaxing walks and bike rides. The center of Timmendorfer and the beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by bike. Living The two-room apartment can accommodate up to four guests. The separate bedroom has a cozy double bed (1.80 m wide) and a spacious wardrobe in which all your luggage can be accommodated. The spacious and bright living room creates a quiet feel-good atmosphere, with the comfortable couch offering the perfect comfort for a cozy sofa evening. This can also serve as an additional sleeping area (1.60 m width) thanks to its pull-out function. In addition, there is a seating area in the living room. The adjoining kitchen with dining area is ideal for exuberant cooking experiments and leaves nothing to be desired. The beautiful microwave was renewed at the beginning of February. Through the living room you reach the east-facing loggia. This is equipped with a lounge seating area, which can accommodate four people. Here you can see the first rays of the sun in the morning and enjoy the perfect start to your day with an exuberant breakfast. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the offer of the apartment. Entertainment The living room is equipped with a smart TV that can be swiveled through the wall mount and thus allows TV enjoyment on both couch areas. In the bedroom there is another flat-screen TV. In addition, the apartment has a Wi-Fi connection so that you can be online even on vacation. A radio is available for the musical accompaniment of your vacation. Design & Style The decor shines in fresh and selected colors that give the style of the apartment a clear line. The special charm of the apartment is the sloping ceilings, which create a cozy ambience. Parking & bicycles So that you do not have to go on a parking lot hunt during your vacation, a parking space next to the house is available free of charge. You can safely store your bikes in the hallway.
