The space A thick-walled old farm cottage providing 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, store room and shower room. 124m2 in all. Set in a one acre garden with outdoor dining space, olive, nut and fruit trees and rocky promontory with spectacular views. Your terrace and barbecue lie at the west end of the cottage. You have one neighbour who visits for occasional holiday weekends. Guest access This accommodation is on the ground floor. Unfortunately it’s not very wheelchair - friendly as there is a single step between the entrance and other rooms. Other things to note WiFi 15 mbps and Smart TV with internet channels. Very weak mobile phone signal around the house, but you may get a weak connection in the garden, and nearby villages have good 4 or 5 G. There is plenty of outdoor space including level terraces, but much of the garden is hillside and walking in this area is often steep. There is a sheer drop from rocky edge at the far end of the garden, so children need careful supervision.
