El Covanchon Rural House

Cozy country house on the outskirts of a village in Segovia. Built in wood and stone and surrounded by a beautiful garden with excellent views. The location is ideal as it is within the village but maintains privacy by being on the outskirts and you can walk to many routes in the area. The village has a municipal swimming pool located in a magnificent juniper forest 5 minutes from the house. The space It consists of 5 bedrooms, three of them with their own bathroom and two others with a shared bathroom. It has a large living room with a sitting area and a fireplace. In the kitchen there is a large table with a wooden bench and a wood-burning oven/stove. It has an attic with a library and games area. In the garden, there are different areas and environments. There is a barbecue, a pond with fish, a large lawn with sun loungers and a table for eating. All surrounded by tranquility and the sounds of nature. The house can sleep 10 people.
