Lots of extras Included - We welcome you with homemade cookies on arrival. A tempting cheese plate for each room is available during the wine and cheese hour. Our delicious breakfast is served daily from 8:30-9:30am. The space Enter the Pheasant Dreams room through the original Carriage House doors. It's a relaxing, quiet location at the back of our 0.5 acre property. Guest access Our guests have access to our dining room with stunning hand painted stamped tin ceiling, gracious parlor area with TV, lovely back patio area with two relaxing fountains, as well as our sauna. Other things to note Rates listed do not include occupancy tax, which will be collected at check in time. Occupancy tax for the County of Napa is 15%. There is a two night minimum stay on most weekends.
