New, equipped studio in the countryside

My place is close to the city of Nancy (20 minutes) in a small village in the countryside. Ideally located, close to the forest and views of Mount Thélod. You'll love my place because of the views and the tranquility. It is equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, electric hotplates, TV, Wi-Fi) tea/coffee/sugar, milk pods are available My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (on the sofa bed, 2 children possible, up to 12 years old) The space 15 m2 studio Occupancy limits - 2 adults + 2 young children OR - 2 or 3 adults, to be arranged with the host, as a 140 double bed + 120 sofa bed Breakfast = Senseo coffee machine (pods)/kettle, Guest access Independent studio / in the house / only the common entrance hall Small common terrace area in front of the house (chairs – table) Other things to note If you need to be driven from a train station, toll... I am available at the price of the kilometer rate, i.e. 0.60cts per km. Animals accepted if several people ask me.
