Wing of comfortable farmhouse with breakfast

Our house is ideally placed for racing, concerts or the sales at Newmarket and close to the historic town of Bury St Edmunds. There is a modern private bathroom suite with bath and shower and a separate modern private bathroom suite with shower. We have a single bedroom and a twin bedroom. In addition a spacious barn room with two double sofa beds. This is NOT for self catering. We offer breakfast in our kitchen of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast, tea, coffee and bacon and eggs if desired. The space In addition to the single and twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, the barn room has two comfortable sofa beds, a writing desk, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The wifi code and password are placed in each of the rooms. The space is all yours for the number you book for, up to 5 people. The area is self contained. Guest access You have your own space upstairs in a wing of the house. Access is via our front door and hallway. During your stay We are delighted to help you with anything during your stay, whether it is recommendations for places to visit or to eat, taxis etc. Other things to note Breakfast is included. Just advise what you would like the night before if possible.
