The apartment is located in the middle of the rod area, the most beautiful residential area in Pforzheim. - private covered patio - Private parking right in front of the house - Quiet area with small garden - Sleeps 3-4 persons (bed + sofa bed 1.40 x 2 m each). - Supermarket + bakery around corner (Edeka incl. Bakery, about a 5-minute walk away) - There is a bus stop (1min) The space You have the whole apartment incl. Terrace available. We hope you are comfortable! 🙏🏼 The apartment consists of a small and fine kitchen*, a bathroom with toilet and shower (hairdryer is available) and a large bedroom/living room (shelf as a room divider) with large window front and access to the terrace and small garden. The dining table can accommodate 4 people. Home office and work at the table is also possible. Internet via WiFi is available. Both the bed (Emma One mattress) and the cozy sofa bed (pulled out) have a size of 140cm x 200cm. A baby cot (60x120) can be provided on request and subject to availability! *Please note: A microwave with hot air function and a stove with two hotplates is provided, but no separate oven. Guest access You have the whole apartment incl. Terrace available. There are no other guests staying there. Other things to note If you are travelling with several people and would like to rent another apartment in the immediate vicinity, please feel free to contact us. It is possible to rent another apartment with the same room layout on the 1st floor of the same house. A washing machine and dryer is available to residents of the entire house in the basement. A microwave with oven function and a stove with two hotplates are available in the kitchen, but no separate oven.
