The house is located very close to Wissahickon Park - the park has 57 mi of trails! Easy access to many great hiking areas. Townhome: Spacious living room space accompanied by dining room with hardwood floors throughout; backyard/patio. On the second level are two nice sized bedrooms with hardwood floors and a full bathroom. Conveniently located: walking distance to public transportation: train & busses. Close to Main Street Manayunk, Roxborough and East Falls. Long stays only 30 + days. My place is great for business travelers, hikers, bikers. It is a comfortable, simple and clean house. It has central air. You’ll have your own room and we will share all other common areas of the house. In the kitchen feel free to use the microwave and the fridge. It is the home of 3 beautiful cats. I love animals but, because I have 3 cats, pets are not allowed. Use of washer and dryer (no more than one load once a week and must supply own HE liquid soup). I am usually flexible with check-in and check-out time. I like socializing but I will give you space. If you like hiking you can join me. If I am available and for a small fee, mainly to cover for gas, I can drive you around Philly to show you the highlights of the city. Quiet neighborhood. Next to Wissahickon park which is just down the road with excellent hiking trails. Parking on the street, usually, is not difficult. There are plenty of restaurants; bars and pubs nearby: Manayunk Main Street, Roxborough and East Falls. Close to Schuylkill River Trail. Other neighborhoods and attractions: historic Germantown, Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy, and Rittenhouse Town.
