It overlooks a large garden within a rustic estate along a dirt road, following which for about a hundred meters you reach a common farmyard with a small group of houses typical of the area, beyond which there is a beautiful sandy beach. The space Tastefully and functionally furnished, the house has two cozy bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), two bathrooms, a dining room with a cooking area, and an outdoor terrace overlooking a large garden. Guest access The apartment is located in a rustic setting with the sea about 300 meters away, which can be accessed from the rustic setting with a private road that can be walked in 5 minutes. Around the house there is a large private garden, surrounded by the countryside.
