Located on a quiet, tree-lined neighbourhood in the heart of East Vancouver, our unit is a warm and inviting retreat perfect for a single traveller or a couple. Private entrance and private outdoor sitting area. Guests walk down a few steps to access the door to the suite. Ceiling height: 6'4". This 1-bedroom space features a firm queen bed with a Bloom mattress topper and plenty of pillows for a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom also has a large walk-in closet offering plenty of storage space for luggage, coats etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils and dinnerware; everything you'll need to prepare all your meals. The dining area has a small dining table that seats two, perfect for enjoying meals or working on your laptop. The bathroom is clean and modern with radiant in-floor heat and a full bathtub with shower. Fresh towels, and essential toiletries are also provided. Private Suite: Completely private with its own entrance. Laundry: Access to the washing machine and dryer in the main house may be arranged upon request. Please note that my husband and I live upstairs so normal, day-to-day sound transfer can be expected. Guest access Self check-in with keypad. Private entrance. Blue door around back. Guests must walk down a few steps to access door and keypad. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking/vaping or otherwise in, on or around the property.
