IDYLLIC COTTAGE IN A PEACEFUL SETTING WITH VIEWS

Field Cottage is a beautiful cottage, set in a very private and peaceful courtyard area within a quiet community of cottages in the countryside. The cottage is perfect for relaxation, walks, fresh air and friends and family gatherings. It is a beautiful barn conversion with a large garden. The space Field Cottage has very comfortable, beautifully designed accommodation including all the luxury needed for a perfect break away. PLEASE NOTE - where possible a two night stay over a weekend please. Interior designed and very cosy. We have in total 4 cottages and 2 luxury shepherds huts all close by so can accommodate any extra guests that you may have. We pride ourselves in how sparkling clean we keep the cottage and you can see this from our reviews. You are in a small community in the countryside, a real home from home. It has 3 large bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Beautiful beds, all with feather toppers, will feel like sleeping on large marshmallows, white cotton bedlinen, beautifully designed headboards and towels. There are two televisions, one with a built in DVD player for relaxation with a small selection of DVDs. The fire place in the sitting room is decorative only and is not for use but is lit up with pretty lights and the central heating provides a super cosy environment to relax in. High-speed wifi for those working moments. Fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, and microwave and fresh white china, glass and pots and pans. Plenty of cooking dishes (if you want to give them a rest, The Howard Arms is also close by for a great family pub outing). This is a cottage to explore from or cosy up in. Perfect for families but not for parties. No hen or stag parties, no confetti, glitter or similar allowed. The Study downstairs has a sofa bed (with bedding supplied in the under the stairs cupboard) - just in case stairs are a problem for anyone. Note I do charge per person per night so if your numbers alter please let me know. For Christmas and New Year, we have a two-night stay policy and six-guest charge minimum. For every Friday and Saturday night stay, we have a five guest minimum and a two-night minimum stay, unless by prior arrangement with Jo. Bank-Holiday weekends are three nights minimum stay together with 6 guests minimum stay. Any questions just let me know and I can see if I can help you further. If you enjoy tennis, there is a tennis court on our farm that you can use less than 5 mins away by car. Liaise with Jo over access to this. Lots to do and see from here! If you need to power your car using our electricity there will be a charge of £15 made per car per charge but this will be agreed prior to use with Jo please. Guest access You have access to the garden but do not enter the field behind Field Cottage as this is private property. Please do not touch or feed the horses or sheep. Other things to note We have another 3-bedroom cottage, two luxury shepherd's huts and a two bedroom cottage beautifully furnished close by. Also a larger farmhouse in Ilmington which sleeps 16 guests close to the award winning pub called The Howard Arms. We have a tennis court close by that you can use as well.
