On the ground floor there is also a spacious and covered terrace, which is furnished with a dining area. So you can enjoy the hot midday hours in the shade and in the evening you can relax on the balcony with a glass of wine and a view of the sea. Numerous restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity (100-800 m). A supermarket can be reached in 600 m distance or 7 minutes on foot, further supermarkets and numerous shopping facilities are in Olbia, the drive there takes about 8-12 minutes (7-8 km). The holiday home is situated between two beautiful bays with picturesque beaches, both of which you can reach on foot in a few minutes, three other fine sandy beaches are also only 1.5 - 3 km away. To/from Olbia airport you drive about 15 min (11 km), the ferry port is about 8 km or 13 min by car. Parking spaces are available on the property and on the road. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee.
