Escape to my relaxing Lake Home. This magnificent 5-bedroom, 3-bath house sleeps up to 18 comfortably. However, I limit the max adults to 12. It's well equipped for multiple families with two cribs and a bunk room. There are two very spacious living areas and extra large bedrooms. It is in a gated community that provides privacy and tranquility along the shores of Lake Hartwell. The house and dock are in a beautiful cove with deep water and fabulous sunset views. The space This home is designed with extra large rooms. The bedrooms and all of the entertaining areas are huge. With two large outdoor decks, it comfortably handles a large crowd. With an 80" TV downstairs one on the outside patio, you can enjoy football and the lake. A fire in the firepit keeps it cozy if the air is cool. Guest access You will have the entire home and dock. A smart lock keypad is used for the front door. Other things to note If you are a Clemson fan, it is only 30 minutes away. There are great hiking trails within a 30 minute drive. There is also a marina close by providing boat rentals. There are kayaks and paddleboards provided for your use. Be sure to see my "Things to Do" board on this site. Due to the nature of this property on a lake : -When in the water, it is imperative to understand that swimming, using kayaks, and all other water equipment, should be done at your own risk. It should be known that there is a higher risk with the water activities. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and the use of the kayaks or any water equipment and will hold the owner of the property harmless. You understand that there is potential dangers that swimming and the use of kayaks may be present to the children who are not carefully supervised. You understand that there is potential danger to any persons swimming, hiking, kayaking if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, pregnant, or using any kind of drugs or medications. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your party may incur.
