A private and comfortable garden room, with own shower room, terrace and entrance. Situated in Hollesley, beside Poplar Park Equestrian Centre, this is the ideal rural retreat. Close to nearby towns Woodbridge, Orford, Snape and Aldeburgh. I have 2 young Labradors who like to know who is visiting ! They are not permitted in the garden room ! The space Ever wanted to stay in a garden room tucked away down a private road with woods and heathlands right outside your door? Well this is the place for you. My place comes with a little terrace to sit outside and enjoy the unique setting, with miles of walks right on the doorstep. If that isn't enough, the romantic Shingle Street beach is just a 5 minute drive away! You'll sleep on a very comfortable double bed, which has received excellent reviews from all of who slept on it so far! I provide towels and bedding, wireless internet, television, hairdryer and a kettle. You'll even have a place to put your muddy welly boots. There is space for parking. You'll meet me when you arrive, and each morning if you request breakfast This is quite simply one of the most unique corners of Suffolk. Aside from the secluded rural setting you will be close to a wealth of favourite Suffolk sites including the famous Sutton Hoo, the lovely Suffolk coast and its rivers, the Deben and Ore/Alde This is definitely a place to bring a car. Such a special location comes with a small cost of a very limited public transport. For the best experience bring a car as this will allow you to explore! There are no breakfast-making facilities in the room, but for £9.00 per person (in cash) I'll provide a lovely breakfast for you to enjoy, COVID permitting, by the Aga in my kitchen. Please see the house manual for details I have always cleaned the room to a very high standard , but am now adhering to Covid rules and sanitising all hard surfaces including door knobs, light switches .please see the house manual for the updates. And last but not least as much as I love dogs, sadly I can’t accommodate any four legged friends. Guest access Your will have your own double room in the lodge with en-suite shower. The room is quite compact , and I know from experience that dog hairs can get into the tiniest of places . Please note regarding internet: my garden is a secluded get away and a little far from the main house to get a reliable WIFI signal. Some guests have been able to connect to the booster in the room, but others not. If you need WiFi during your stay, you can connect to the main network whilst having breakfast.
