Natural light from an oak stable door and three picture windows complete with blinds flood the space and, if you want to get even closer to nature, the stable doors can easily be opened to let fresh air and the sounds of the countryside stream in. A luxurious double bed, and four optional single beds complete with fresh linen and chest of drawers makes your rural retreat a home from home. On those rare occasions when the sun doesn't shine, the natural insulation of wood floor, wool rugs and the warmth of a wood burning stove will keep you blissfully comfortable. Outside, the Yurt deck has a fully-equipped camp kitchen(gas stove [with grill], cups, plates, cutlery, utensils, pots, frying pans, cafetiere etc.), barbecue, washstand and fresh water tap, plus table and chairs - the perfect setting for glorious, memorable alfresco meals and moonlit dinners. Nearby, your safe and snug ‘en-suite’ bathroom hut, complete with non-flushing toilet, Victorian sink, towels and a large walk in hot shower means you can still enjoy the comforts of home whilst out in the field! ** Please note that we now have 4 Yurt camps on our farm. Other things to note Willow Yurt is located on a working family farm so please respect the Country Code at all times and leave no trace. There are many wonderful things the countryside has to offer but when you're tired at the end of a hard day's play we have plenty of board games, maps and books to while away the hours. Night Pastures is a quiet and peaceful site where people come to relax and enjoy nature. For this reason, we have a strict 10pm curfew and ask everyone to keep noise to a minimum after then. The nearest shop is a 10min drive so we advise all guests not having glamping packs or takeaways delivered to get shopping done in advance.
