Whinifred is our old, converted Bedford horsebox providing cosy, self catering accommodation for two adults with views over the donkeys field & open country side. Positioned in our field on our family farm with elevated king size bed with bedding, outdoor kitchenette with fridge, gas hob, stove kettle, cooking utensils and crockery, shower room, charcoal BBQ, raised patio area with views, fire pit & wood fired soaking tub. One dog welcome for £20. The space Whinifred is our old, converted Bedford horsebox providing cosy, self catering accommodation for two adults with views over the donkeys field and out to open country side. Positioned in our field on our family farm. With: -Elevated king size bed with bedding and blankets -2 plug sockets, limited to 5AMP - Outdoor kitchenette with fridge, gas hob, stove kettle, cooking utensils and crockery -Shower room -Charcoal BBQ -Raised patio area with exceptional views this has been gated off however outdoor pictures haven’t been updated yet. - Fire pit (wood can be purchased for £6 per bag) The original cab has been preserved to keep all the original features providing a comfy space to sit back and read your favourite book or to simply enjoy your morning brew away from the elements whilst still in the company of the donkeys. Whinifred also has a wood fired soaking tub tucked away in a field shelter providing the perfect, private setting to lay back and relax. After your journey just light the wood burner and pour yourself a drink whilst the water heats which takes between 1 to 2 hours depending on how hot you burn the stove, once your tub is up to temp just stir with the giant paddle and sink into the relaxing warm water. Whinifred provides the perfect stay for equestrian enthusiasts or those in need of a quircky get away from day to day life. Sorry no children. Guest access You will have full access to Whinifred, her fire pit amd wood fired soaking tub. You will also have access to the communal games barn and dog agility course. Other things to note There is a shed at the bottom of the field containing beach equipment and outdoor games, you’re more than welcome to borrow these through out your stay. We also have animals on site for you to enjoy. Whinifred has charging points only, limited to 5AMPs, not suitable for hair dryers straighteners ect. We do not provide towels, please bring your own. In low temperature weather conditions there is a possibility of pipes freezing resulting in limited or no water access. The only heating is provided by the electric radiator inside and this will turn itself off if windows or doors are left open.
