Dagley Cottage and Stable - Shalford

Cosy cottage with log fire and exposed beams that sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, one of which is located in an adjacent building with an ensuite. Located on the edge of Shalford village common with easy access to good pubs, walking and cycling in beautiful countryside. The space Dagley Cottage has a large open-plan living area that was converted from an old dairy and has wonderful exposed beams. At one end are the sofas around a log fire, at the other, a dining table and the kitchen. There is a TV and DVD player. The kitchen has a two ring hob and a small combi oven which can grill and microwave as well as being a conventional oven. Off the hallway, the bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and enough space for a travel cot - we can provide one if needed. The bathroom is a good size with WC, basin and bath with shower. Across the patio is The Stable which has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite WC and shower. All rooms are on the ground floor, there are just a couple of steps at the entrance to each building. Both buildings have heating and Dagley Cottage has WiFi. Guest access Both buildings are located in the grounds of our house but are accessed via their own entrance. There is parking for your car (two cars just about squeeze in!) behind electric gates, on the driveway or in the carport. We can provide locked, indoor storage for bicycles if required. There is a dedicated patio seating area for you which looks out over our garden. Gas BBQ available during summer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the guest laundry, located in The Stable.
