The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use. The space The house has a large garden and garden furniture that can be used by guests. It is possible to borrow bicycles and to rent kayaks. Within walking distance is the World Heritage Farm Erik Anders and the nature reserve Ålsjön with many nice trails for cross-country skiing, biking and hiking. About 2 km away, there is a small sandy beach in the river Ljusnan. Guest access Guests have the apartment to themselves and have access to the gym, pool, sauna and garden. The pool is outdoors and cannot be used in winter. Other things to note It is possible to charge an electric car at an extra cost.
