The small kitchen integrated into the living room has all necessary electrical appliances, such as fridge/freezer, stove and oven, as well as microwave and dishwasher. Kettle, coffee maker and toaster are of course also included. A separate dining table has enough space to eat for up to 5 people. In the living room is a flat screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player as well as a Wii console for entertainment. In the children's room there is also a TV with DVD player, CD player and a Playstation 2 with games for different age groups. Unfortunately, TV reception is not possible here. For the children, various play equipment such as playhouse, stretch, swing, trampoline and even a large kettcar are available in the garden to pass the time. Ivenack is an idyllic little place in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. From here, excursion destinations in Stavenhagen, Waren, Malchin, Demmin, Teterow, Altentreptow and Neubrandenburg invite you and can be reached in about half an hour. A small swimming lake is very close. A very nice swimming pool in the middle of the forest can also be reached quickly in about 5 km. Ivenack is known for its almost 1000-year-old oaks, which can be admired in a fenced nature and zoo. They are among the oldest oaks in Germany. In addition, fallow deer and Turopolje pigs can be admired up close. Recently, there is also a treetop trail in this area, from which you can now meet the oaks at eye level. The holiday apartment is located in the best location of Ivenack, directly on the park with Lake Ivenack. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and take long walks or bike rides into nature. In the garden belonging to the house, you can let your children go around without hesitation and relax even in the sun lounger. Children's play equipment is of course available and may be used. For excursions by bike, some bicycles are available free of charge. This property can also be booked together in connection with the apartment on the ground floor, so a total of 9 beds are available for friendly families or large families.
