La Petite Passière, Normandy country house

We come to stay at "La Petite Passière" for its location, in a 3-hectare English garden, nestled in the heart of the meadows and forests of the Exmes valley, a diamond of the Auge region. You can enjoy the fresh air and the calm of unspoiled nature, offering exceptional 360-degree landscapes. However, you also stay there for the comfort and quality of the amenities of this former 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated while respecting its original charm. The space Warm 120 m2 house, bathed in light, very comfortable and perfectly equipped. You will enjoy breakfast at its table open to the Norman skies and landscapes, the warmth of the stove on your return from your country walks, and you will find all the necessary equipment for cooking your pickings and other local products… Unless you prefer to relax in its very large bathtub, before enjoying a good restful night, as only quality bedding can offer, in a quiet room in the countryside. On sunny days, you can also choose between barbecues on the terrace, walks or naps by the pond! The house consists of a large living room, a small living room, an open kitchen overlooking a dining room, an office, a triple bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub + 2 separate toilets and a laundry room. La Petite Passière is therefore ideal for a romantic weekend as well as for family vacations (up to 6 people thanks to the child's bed located in the office). However, the house is also perfect for people wishing to plan remote working periods, thanks to a fiber optic internet connection and dedicated workspaces. Guest access The house has private parking that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. A car will be needed to go shopping, reach certain tourist sites or spend a day by the sea. However, we strongly advise you to start by forgetting your car and taking a walk on one of the hiking trails that start from the property and allow you to discover the wonders of the valley. Other things to note For your arrival, beds, towels and linens are prepared according to the number of people indicated when booking. To this end, please let us know in advance which beds and rooms you would like to use.
