New apartments in the attic of a detached building in a quiet area of private development within the city limits of Sortavala. There is everything for a comfortable stay of 4 people. The interior wood trim fills the interior with warmth and comfort. You can use the barbecue including all the related equipment. There is a set of outdoor furniture: a table with 4 chairs. We provide parking for cars (including a covered canopy) on a private property. The space The apartment has its own small sauna, which guests can use at any time at their own discretion. Guest access The apartment is located on the attic floor of the building, on the ground floor of which there is a warm garage, a carport and utility rooms. Guests have access to the entire apartment and part of the surrounding area. We live in another detached house and, if necessary (rarely), use only the premises (garage, utility rooms) on the 1st floor of the building with apartments. Other things to note The availability of wired Internet from Citylink and a router in the apartment provides excellent Wi-Fi and the ability to connect a laptop (other devices) via an Ethernet cable.
