Seaside Resort is a beach house in the quiet, tranquil and beautiful beach of Kritharia. The house provides comfort and warmth, is fully equipped and it's located near Volos as well as the airport and Pelion, which makes it an ideal vacation choice both for families and groups of friends. The space Seaside Resort is located right in front of the sea and is surrounded by a large and beautiful courtyard. On the ground floor there is a spacious, pleasant and bright living room, with living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The maisonette has on each floor two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The outdoor bakery in the courtyard is ideal for barbecuing with your friends, while the gazebo by the sea is ideal for romantic dinners. The courtyard also has enough space for car parking. Seaside Resort has a garden in the front side where the car entrance is and a very spacious back yard where the small gate door opens right into the beach. There is plenty of space for car parking while the yard has a wide kiosk and a brick oven / barbeque grill that provides the perfect setting for all types of gatherings. On the ground floor we have the kitchen, fully equipped (white goods, cutlery, cooking tools), the living room and a full dining room table set, all thoroughly lit with plenty of natural light. There are also two master bedrooms and a big bathroom. On the loft there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom. Guest access Seaside Resort is perfectly located to combine peaceful and carefree vacations with visits to special sites of historical and natural beauty. Volos, one of the largest cities in Greece, with lively nightlife and interesting dining options, just 12 kilometers away, while some of the most beautiful and historic villages in the area are very close. Archaeological sites, museums, organized beaches, churches and monasteries and of course Pelion, the mythical mountain of the Centaurs, are just a few of the places you can visit by taking day trips based on you in Kritharia. Seaside Resort is located ideally to combine a relaxing vacation by the sea with visiting historical sites and places of great natural beauty. Volos, one of the largest cities of Greece is only 12 km away for Kritharia and has a variety of food choices in restaurants and smaller local taverns as well as a rich and diverse nightlife. Many historic and scenic villages are located in the surrounding areas as well as museums, historical sites, churches and monasteries and of course, mountain Pelion, mythical home of centaurs are just a few of the many beautiful places you can visit daily, while staying in Kritharia. Other things to note We kindly ask you to respect the space of the house and courtyard and do not damage our furniture, appliances, and garden. Pets are allowed but only in the yard area. Smoking is permitted. Please respect the property and avoid damaging any physical aspects of the house, appliances (including but not limited to electrical appliances, utility appliances, tools, bedding and bath linen, indoor and outdoor furniture and garden).
