Ideal for family outings, hiking and cycling tours, or for a relaxing weekend in the countryside. The space This beautiful and very bright cozy 2-room apartment is located in the heart of the Erzgebirge. It is very spacious and has 55 square meters. It consists of a beautiful large kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom with tub. The city center of Oelsnitz and shops are a comfortable 10-15 minute walk away. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small house with 4 other apartments. The surroundings are very quiet and rural, and therefore offer a very relaxing night's sleep. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is also a sofa bed, and the living room sofa is also extendable. The kitchen is very suitable for everyday use and equipped with many things, e.g.: electric stove with ceramic stovetop and oven, microwave, kettle and filter coffee machine. Shared use of Wi-Fi Internet is possible on request. There is parking space belonging to the house. We don't have a TV! There is no TV in the apartment! Guest access The key is in a safe with a number code. Therefore, arrival and departure are possible at any time. Other things to note The price per night is for a maximum of 2 people. For each additional person there is a surcharge of €10 per person per day. Wi-Fi can be provided upon request, the fee is €1 per total stay. From 3 nights stay, the final cleaning fee of €4 will be charged. You are welcome to bring your pets, but we charge €10 for additional cleaning and ask you not to take the animals to bed with you, or in that case to use your own bed linen.
