Location: 1.5 hours from Paris, 1 hour from the Côte Fleurie, Brionne train station 600 m Small independent house on my property comprising on the ground floor kitchenette area with dining table, sofa bed (2-seater), and toilet. Upstairs bathroom and one bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190. The staircase to the upstairs is steep so it can be difficult for the elderly. The accommodation has garden chairs to enjoy the small outdoor area in front of the accommodation. I live next to the accommodation... Other things to note The pool and large garden are private, no access possible for guests. Thank you for your understanding
