On the first floor there is a living room, a kitchen combined with a dining area, an entrance hall and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a gym, a bedroom with a double bed, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms. Basement: sauna, recreation room, billiards, swimming pool, bathroom. The kitchen has the necessary appliances, utensils. In the yard there is a barbecue, smokehouse, park. The rental price of the house does not include the sauna rental (2500 per hour) The space The house is located in a private sector, within the city of Kimry on the banks of the Volga River. There is a pine forest and a river bank nearby for a comfortable rest and active pastime (fishing, hiking, morning/evening jogging, river boat rides, etc.). Within a walking distance there is a promenade, where you can enjoy picturesque views of the Volga River, as well as children's playgrounds, various grocery stores for a comfortable stay. Guest access The guest has access to 3 floors: basement, 1st and 2nd floors. On the ground floor there is a recreation area with a swimming pool and sauna (sauna rental is separate), billiards. On the first floor there is a kitchen-dining room, a living room. On the second floor there are several bedrooms, a gym, a balcony. Other things to note Since the house is located in a private sector, it is perfect for active cultural recreation in nature. The proximity to the Volga is perfect for those who like fishing, morning/evening jogs in nature and just walks. Walking distance to the embankment gives guests the opportunity to enjoy picturesque views of the Volga River, pine forest on the opposite bank, as well as to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The adjoining area is equipped with a terrace with a garden swing, which is great for book lovers who can enjoy their favorite works under the singing of birds. In the courtyard of the house there is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a smokehouse, which allows guests to enjoy barbecues, smoked fish or baked potatoes in nature, away from the city noise.
