The space The apartment for 4+1 persons in the mill is on the ground-floor and has two entrances (west side and east side), both with garden. One side is protected by high trees, welcome in the summer-time, and the other is very open with more sun. You can sit on both of the places for dinner or relax. There is also a big outside grill-place. Inside are two bed-rooms, a big living room divided in two parts, one with large Tuscan fireplace, big eat-in kitchen, two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower. Satellite-TV, electric coffee-machine, water-cooker, dishwasher all necessary plates and dishes are there. The plot of land around the mill is about 10,000 QM, with a large kitchen-garden, where we cultivate vegetables etc. On the ground is also a small pool for kids available for the guest. We have hens, pigeons, rabbits and ducks, two dogs and four cats. In the surroundings is the possibility to undertake walks on the hills, with nice view to Livorno and the seaside. In some places of the brook it is possible to take a bath.
