Vacation home with forest view

The apartment is equipped with a modern living and dining room, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. The dining area can accommodate 4 people or more. There is an extra bed in the bedroom. Wardrobe and dresser complete the room. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, sink, ceramic hob, dishes and basic spices are provided. Currently, the outdoor area is still in progress. A garden shed is to be built (coronavirus!!!!...therefore everything is open). The space My guests have a completely self-contained apartment in my house. Parking is available in front of the house or very conveniently in the courtyard entrance. My house rules: No smoking in the apartment. No parties and/or events No pets, this must be agreed in advance Other things to note In Herrnwahlthann is the restaurant "Stanglbräu" with beer garden (summer), which is known for its good food. For fistball enthusiasts, there is a large club here. Behind the fistball sports facility is a small swimming lake and shortly before it a children's playground.
