The property overlooks one of 2 pools, so just choose whichever one suits you best. The pools are gated for your safety. So many of our guests return year after year to this perfect Villamartin villa. Guest access The villa has 3 terraces for your private use so you are able to chase the sun out of season. You will find an awning for the front terrace to allow you to hide from the very hot sun in the Summer months. Other things to note Fees & Services €100 is payable on arrival for clean (€50) and laundry (€50). A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm. Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
