My apartment is 2 rooms of 60 sqm on the ground floor in an old but renovated house. Close to most things. The apartment is bright and fresh and cozy. The space 5 minutes walk to Idrottsanläggning and Olympia Arena. Gym just across the street. 5 minutes walk to Fredriksdal open-air theatre and Fredriksdal Open Air Museum. Bus stop outside the house with connections to all of Helsingborg and Väla c. Hemköp store 2-minute walk, open 7 am - 11 pm every day. Tropikariet 5 min walk. 7 min bus/car to Knutpunkten/center for trains and boats to Helsingör and Ven (island) 15 min walk down to the city center. 10 min car ride to Well shopping center. 20 min boat ride to Elsinore Denmark. 5 min drive to the beach and green area Gröningen... Guest access The guest has access to the entire apartment. If you rent the whole apartment, I won't be there. But I will come to collect mail and the like.
