It is a real "charming place", located in a small village 9 km from the main town. You will have at your disposal a pretty fully-equipped house within the property and parking access. Friendly living room with a large old brick fireplace containing a large stove and comfortable sofas that opens onto a second bay window living room with a piano. Upstairs: A bedroom equipped with 1 bed (160 x 200) or 2 beds (80 x 200) overlooking the garden. A mezzanine equipped with 1 single bed (90 x 190) opens to the living room. A fully equipped bathroom overlooking the field: shower, bathtub, toilet, hand basin. In front of the house is a terrace for meals, which opens onto the large 6,000 m2 garden to share with the owner (neighboring house) and his cat Miu, mascot of the village.
