With its individual architecture, the house is the face of the harbor on the southern shore of Lake Zwenkau. The architectural individuality continues in the design of the apartments - from the playful to the intimate to the generous. All apartments have, thanks to generous glazing, a fantastic view of the Zwenkauer See and the harbor. With the exception of the apartment 05, the sea-side balconies invite you to unwind or to heat up the electric grill. Whether by stairs or elevator, the apartments are accessed by a portico and offer, thanks to separate access, peace and privacy.
