Home in Englewood

Welcome to my newly remodeled home on a quiet cul-de-sac street in charming Englewood! The house is well situated just 5 blocks from the Oxford St RTD station that will take you to downtown Denver in no time! And if you'd like to walk or bike, downtown Englewood offers a lot of great options in restaurants, cafes, local pubs etc.. just 5 blocks from the house on S. Broadway. Come and enjoy a relaxing weekend or spend a week or more and get to know all that the Denver Metro area has to offer! The space The house is modern and comfortable with lots of light and amenities. I keep a shoe free house so please consider bringing socks or slippers to walk in. Please make yourself comfortable but note that this is a shared house and that I live here as well. I rent two bedrooms through Airbnb thus please be aware this is not a full house rental! Guest access Common spaces are open for guests to use. Use of the full kitchen is only available however to guests who stay for two weeks or longer. Otherwise, guests are welcome to use the microwave, toaster oven, and coffee station at any time. I also make room for guests in the refrigerator. If you require special consideration for using the full kitchen, please send me a message ahead of time and I will do my best to accommodate you if at all possible. During your stay As little or as much as you like. I enjoy hosting people and letting you know about my neighborhood. I also respect privacy. If I cook something and you are here, I will likely invite you to join me. Other things to note Absolutely NO SMOKING permitted in the house. I have special sensitive wifi alarms to sense any smoking in the house. I do have a big party deck with lots of comfortable seating that you are welcome to use in the backyard. The bedrooms are carpeted so smoking would permeate the rugs and that is just not kosher in my casa. Sorry, not sorry. ;) No judgment if you smoke weed, there are dispensaries close by, and I do not mind if you smoke as long as it is outdoors and you aren't making noise for the neighbors. Also, please note that guests are not allowed to bring guests without prior authorization from the host. And there is an added guest fee for listed under additional fees.
