Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding! The space Our home has four bed rooms and lots of common space. With two living rooms, there's plenty of room for friends and family to spread out and enough table space for eating, games, puzzles or a game of cards. The best views are outside with lots of seating and a flat yard directly to the water. We have cornhole, Spikeball and lots of room for throwing and kicking balls! We also have a basketball hoop out front. The first level of the house has: - master bedroom with a queen bed and attached bath - full bathroom in hallway - laundry room The second floor has: - bedroom with queen bed and twin bunk beds - bedroom with queen bed - bunk room with five twin beds - full bathroom We have stand up paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe for exploring the canals and there are several boat rental companies on the lake. Book now to make some fun memories this summer! Note that the dock is out of the water from October through Memorial Day. We will always have it in by Memorial Day! If you have a question about it, let us know! Guest access Our house is on a dead end street that ends at a canal! We have enough parking for six cars. We will send you the unique access code to use for the week and you can let yourself in on check-in day.
