Cottage on Billingen, close to Skara and Varnhem

Nice farmhouse of 55 square meters outside Varnhem (between Skara, Skövde and Falköping) with a view of Skara, Hornborgasjön and Kinnekulle. The space The cottage has 2 beds in a bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. 1 extra bed is available. Access to garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue, close to forest and walking paths. Guest access If you want a crib/high chair, please let us know before arrival. The cottage has a fireplace, firewood is in the woodshed. In the garden, you have access to a seating area with wonderful views of Skara, Hornborgasjön, Kinnekulle... During spring and autumn, you can enjoy the crane routes that pass by down to the lake. Tips on hikes and excursions are available in the cottage.... The pilgrim trail between Varnhem and Hornborgasjön is well marked and very close to the cottage......information is available in the cottage or online. Barbecue available by the patio area. In winter, there are nature trails directly from the cottage or prepared trails in Falköping and Skövde (more info online) Several nice swimming lakes are nearby, we are happy to give tips. Several eateries are very close. I would recommend Löfwings Atelje and art farm with fabulous food and exciting art. Down by Hornborgasjön, you can have coffee/lunch at the nice café Doppingen i Naturrum.........Several pizzerias are available if you want simpler food....Food can be bought nearby in Broddetorp or Axvall, larger grocery stores can be found in Skara or Skövde. Skara Sommarland is only a few kilometers away...... There is a lot to see and experience very close to the cottage......... It is possible to rent good bicycles in Varnhem if you want to enjoy a bike ride in beautiful Vallehärad, we have good maps to lend. There are several hiking/jogging trails that start directly from the cabin. Other things to note If you want sheets and towels, SEK 100/person/week. Access to washing machine at the landlord's. Charged as needed
