The room includes two beds: 1: Queen size; 2. Full size (from our couch). Outside your room is a full deck that overlooks a swimming pool. If swimming isn't your preference, then relax under the patio lights taking in stars. Home is situated (separate structure) behind main residence in the beautiful Serenada Neighborhood. Home features spacious, walk in closet, updated bathroom, kitchenet, and comes fully furnished. Other items included are Internet, and Cable TV. Easy access to major highways, Lake Georgetown and beautiful Downtown Georgetown. Non-smoking. Pets allowed per approval of homeowners. ****Please note our pool season is May to Oct. Our pool is not heated as well. ****
