Spacious house on the river Klarälven

During your stay in this spacious accommodation you will forget all your worries for a while. Because of the silence, the pure air and the pure energy of the river you can completely relax here. Relax in the hammock or fill the hot tub and enjoy the view over the river. (additional costs involved). Go swimming or fishing in the Klarälven or lakes. In winter you can go skiing. Or take a lovely walk through the forests. There are several hiking trails in the area. The space The building was originally an old schoolmaster's house. It offers space for two fully-fledged houses. The house you rent has two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. The bathroom is on the first floor. Downstairs you will find a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, oven. From the living room you enter the veranda, where you can enjoy the summer, both in the sun and in the shade. In winter there is a pleasant temperature inside due to the underfloor heating and a crackling fire makes it even more cozy. There are various films, CDs and games available, so that you can enjoy your favorite movie or a game with your loved ones after a sporty winter day. Guest access In addition to its own entrance, the house also has its own driveway, so you can park right next to the house. In the village of Höljes there are public transport options, but I advise you to come with your own transport. You can charge your electric car at the Coop in Sysslebäck. Other things to note The kitchen in the house has all the amenities, but I can imagine that you don't always feel like cooking. On the other hand, I really enjoy cooking for my guests and I like to prepare a meal for you. The costs for this are 200 SEK per person. Please let us know 24 hours before arrival. Here's a wood-fired hot tub available for use, but there's a one-time fee of €50 for wood, water, and cleaning.
