Located within the Villa degli Argonauti complex with football and tennis courts (for a fee), bike rental, two restaurants, two bars, pizzeria, artisan ice cream parlor and shops. Private beach that allows you to use an umbrella, sunbed and deckchair. The beach can be reached on foot or by the free internal shuttle. The space The apartment has a large living room/kitchen (with a no-frost fridge/freezer and oven) with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a bed with a storage drawer, a bathroom with a window, a shower, and a washing machine. It also has two patios, both accessible from both the inside and the outside, one with a seating area and the other with a table and chairs for eating. Due to its exposure, the apartment has a lot of light but at the same time it is never too hot and is still equipped with air conditioning. It is located on the ground floor and there is a reserved parking space inside the complex and a few meters from the house. Guest access You can use the free electric shuttles to get around the complex as well as to get to the beach. The shuttle service is available non-stop from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. It is also possible to attend musical performances (some for a fee, others free of charge) that are organized in the small square (always inside the complex) in front of the marina. Access to the complex is regulated at the entrance thanks to the presence of the concierge. Therefore, access will only be possible if you are authorized. This ensures maximum safety during your stay. In addition, there is also a patrol service by the security guards. Other things to note To do the shopping, you can go to a well-stocked supermarket that is about 5 km from the complex and that can be reached through internal roads without having to travel on busy roads.
