Villarose, located 500 meters from Castelbuono, offers a relaxing stay in absolute tranquility and solitude in the countryside. Guests can enjoy a room with a private bathroom and a large living room with a kitchenette equipped with a television, free of charge. In addition, the property boasts an antique rooftop solarium and a panoramic terrace, ideal for moments of relaxation and contemplation of the surrounding landscape. The space Villarose, originally built as a country house for a wealthy family in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, has been completely renovated, restored and expanded in the last decade. The villa consists of two overlapping apartments with separate entrances: one is inhabited by the owner, while the other, recently renovated, serves as a B&B or vacation apartment. The layout of the rooms allows the accommodation of single couples and families of up to 4 people in a single comfortable room. The four rooms, distinguished by pink, yellow, blue and green colors, are equipped with beds with memory foam mattresses and pillows, a private bathroom, television, air conditioning and WiFi, offering a splendid view of the surrounding mountains. The large common room at the entrance serves as a living room, dining room and relaxation/television area, with a well-lit kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, pots, dishes and table linen. Use of the kitchen is free, except for cooking, which is considered an extra on request. The entire unit can be rented as a vacation apartment for groups of up to 12 people, with the use of the kitchen offered as an alternative to breakfast, unless privately agreed. The interiors are furnished with nineteenth-century furniture from an antique shop in Castelbuono, which has existed for 25 years, and the rooms serve as a showroom for furniture and furnishings that can be purchased by guests. The tranquility, the outdoor facilities, the proximity to the village, the sea and the mountains, and the opportunities for hiking, biking, quad biking or horseback riding, together with the monuments and numerous events in Castelbuono, make the holiday unforgettable. The property offers tea with an electric kettle and coffee with a moka pot. During your stay I intend to socialize with my guests as time permits after managing my store, and I am available whenever needed.
