RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FROM JUNE 26 TO AUGUST 28. Two small winegrowers' houses connected by a wooden house. The breathtaking view of the Cher and the private swimming pool are ideal for a vacation in a garden designed by its other owner, a landscaper. The house is not suitable for children under 8 years old, it has some mobility difficulties (steps inside). It is located at a height and access by car is through a dead end with a hairpin turn. The space The house was built following the renovation of two small winegrowers' houses with a glass extension and wooden structure in the middle. The house faces south. Access is via the central house which distributes the others. This is the dining room overlooking the garden and pool. In the house on the right is the office area with a bed and bathroom. Upstairs is the bedroom. There is access to a terrace overlooking the Bourré dam. Below is the laundry room with the washing machine and freezer. In the house on the left is the living room with large fireplace, the kitchen. The second bedroom is a mezzanine above the kitchen with a small staircase. It includes two extra beds. The house is not suitable for small children, minimum 7 years old. There are stairs and low walls without guardrails that can be dangerous for children. The pool has a locking system for safety. There is a parking space for the car Guest access The house is completely independent, no other person can access the house and garden. Other things to note We will give you the manager's mobile phone number so you can notify her 1 hour before your arrival. Check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and check-out time must be before 12 p.m. The house is not suitable for small children, minimum 8 years old.
