Today we have a top quality tennis court at the end of the road in a small park and you can book courts online with us if you request in advance. The bedroom is ideal for one and cosy for two but has space for preparing snacks and an armchair. We have a beautiful, back garden, with mature fruit trees, leading down to the hidden C2C railway line; you are welcome to use the garden and fire pit if you give us due notice. Spacious back garden is available and Studio balcony is for sole use of AirBnb guests. There are steep wooden outdoor stairs up to the studio which are not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Other things to note We have a cat who might visit you on the balcony. She is friendly and will enter the Studio if permitted. Do not be afraid of picking her up and throwing outside! There has been a fox den next door for years, and cubs can be heard and seen occasionally. Passion fruit adorns the balcony in autumn and is edible. Pear trees fill the garden and can be eaten. We are near to the railway line and the steps to the room are not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
