Beautiful 1920s villa located in the northern archipelago. Large lake plot with its own jetty, sauna and beach as well as several patios. Evening sun. Running water, toilet/shower and dishwasher/stove/fridge, Wi-Fi. Food is ordered online via Mathem and can be delivered to the jetty. Cafe is active on the island during the summer. You can travel to the island with Waxholmsbolaget (Boat Sjöbris/Sjögull) from Strömkajen in Stockholm, or with SL from the Technical University. Cozy walking island. 6 beds and possibility of 3 air mattresses. The space It is important to sort waste at the source, containers are located in the basement. It is important not to pour oils and coffee grounds into the sink. Guest access The entire home except for some closets and the attic. Other things to note Bed linens and shower towels are included.
