Gourmet kitchen. 2 living rooms mean space for everyone to gather, children to play and you to relax. Games, toys, outdoor trampoline & play set. Centrally located in Hudson Valley, near Kingston & New Paltz. Quiet property, walking distance of the historic hamlet of High Falls. The space Six bedrooms and three full bathrooms across two stories. A well-equipped kitchen with gas range, convection oven, instant pot, kitchanaid mixer, icemaker, microwave, several coffee systems, toaster oven, huge spice rack. Two living rooms and a screened porch with large couches. A dining room with linens, wine and other specialty glasses, lots of flatware, glasses and plates. A wood burning fireplace and summer grill. Explore the historic charm of High Falls, hike at Mohonk Preserve, enjoy farm-to-table dining in Kingston, explore New Paltz—all within a short drive. A manicured walking path through a wild meadow, a fenced-in yard, trampoline & play structure with optional baby swing. Great cell service and wifi throughout. Board games, children's toys and books abound. Interesting books for adults, too. Two smart televisions, sign in and watch all your favorite shows. Tankless water heater for endless hot water. Accessibility for mobility challenged: Two bedrooms on first floor. First floor has a walk-in shower (low threshold) with grab bar, toilet paper holder is also a grab bar & there is removable handheld showerhead. Two steps to get into the house, and all of first floor is on same level except dining room, which is one step down. Please note, the two children's bedrooms are best accessed by passing through an adult bedroom. And while the home is child-friendly, the owner's children are older and so it is not babyproofed. Also, while we have photos of the kitchen, life happens and pantry staples get used up, etc. If there's something you see in a photo that you want to guarantee will be there when you arrive, please confirm with us a week or two prior that it's available. If you have a group of skiers with different skill levels or with passes to different mountains, this is a perfect home base as all the major (and some minor) mountains are within an hour. Guest access Entire home. 1 acre fully-fenced yard with flower garden, play structure & trampoline. 7 additional acres of wild meadow, with walking paths throughout. Other things to note We want all our guests to enjoy their stay, even the furry ones! We ask that all guests sign a pet addendum and pay a $100.00 pet fee. Also, we love to grill! Our grill is ready for use the first weekend of May.
