Apartment on the eastern outskirts of Berlin

Please note before booking! With a booking for several guests, I only hand over the apartment key to the booking guest if they have previously paid a refundable security deposits of 600 euros. (cash or bank transfer) Please take out cancellation insurance before booking in the event of illness. Apartment is located in the residential development "Waldesruh", 500 m to the eastern city limits in Berlin. Berlin-Alexanderplatz in 17 km (30 minutes drive) via the B1. The space The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair cycling. Apartment with two quiet bedrooms for 2 guests each. Two separate toilets with bidet function make life easier. At the apartment entrance are the smoking areas on the weather-protected outdoor seating. Restaurants of all kinds can be found within a 10-minute walk in the town and within a 15-minute drive, especially in Berlin Mahlsdorf Süd, the old town of Berlin Friedrichshagen and the old town of Berlin Köpenick. Guest access Guests will be able to access all parts of the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair cycling. Other things to note Please remember that I only speak the German language. Please note before booking! With a booking for multiple guests, I only hand over the apartment key to the booking guest. The booking guest must arrive with the other guests. A refundable security deposits of 600 euros in cash must be paid before the key handover. Please read my house rules before booking.
