This spacious villa in Mijas Costa at only 5 minutes to the beaches and with private, heated swimming pool is located near to all facilities you need for a relaxed or active vacation. The house is completely new with modern facilities. The kitchen has all you need and we have a central air conditioning/ heating system that can be set per room. All 5 bedrooms are spacious and you will find comfortable beds. In the outside you will find several terraces with views to the mountains and a barbecue. The space We have used high quality in the termination of the house and have invested in comfort and security. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The bedrooms on the first floor all have acces to big terraces, two on the back with views and access to the swimming pool and two to the terrace on the front side. There are 4 bathrooms, of which one ensuite and one laundry room with separate toilet. The laundry room is on the ground floor and has a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the ground floor you will also find the espacious living room with television and access to the terrace/ porch. Further there is the dining room with a large dining table of 3 metres and conveniently connected to the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the back terrace/ porch where you will also find a dining table. All rooms have airconditioning/ heating which can be set on the temperature you desire per room. On the next level in the garden you will find the private swimming pool area with several terraces on different levels and stunning views to the mountains and Mijas Pueblo. The swimming pool has salt water, can be heated and you will find loungers around the pool, a terrace with another table and chairs and a lounge set on the highest level where you can relax and enjoy the views. The villa is suitable for groups/ big families (up to 12 persons, maximum adults is 10), but please note that this is a residential area and that you need to respect the rules to not disturb the neighbours. In view thereof the villa will not be rented to groups of people below 28 years. Guest access The full house and garden, including swimmingpool, are exclusive for our guests.
