The Parlour is a 12 minute walk downhill to Robertsbridge, pubs and main line station. The Parlour provides level entry access. Its contemporary design and furnishings offer comfortable clean living. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families , well behaved dogs welcome. The space The Parlour has been beautifully converted to a high standard, offering level entry access and comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The cottage features two double bedrooms at each end: one with a super king-size bed and a wet room, and the second with a king-size bed and an en suite wet room. Both bedrooms have beds made with pure linen, and towels, hair dryer, and ironing facilities are provided. Underfloor heating runs throughout the cottage, ensuring a warm and cozy stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster—everything you need to cook a full Christmas dinner. The living area features a wood-burning stove, WiFi, and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Outside, the enclosed patio and garden area provide privacy and a peaceful space to unwind. Guest access Enjoy relaxing outdoor living with a small West facing Garden/patio area featuring outside seating and a table for four. The property also benefits from a designated parking space for your convenience. Robertsbridge village and the mainline station are just a short downhill walk away, offering easy access to local shops, pubs, and transport links. Should you wish to go away with a larger group we have The Dairy which adjoins The Parlour, this has been converted to the same high standard with facilities suitable for two people, This cottage is also advertised on this platform, both units are provided with designated parking. We live across the yard in the farm house. At certain times of the day we are busy doing outside chores looking after the animals and general maintenance of the grounds. We are always happy to have a chat. Other things to note No Smoking Please note this is a NON SMOKING house please respect this. When you go out please shut ALL windows, for security purposes. Your personal items are NOT covered in our insurance, you leave them at your own risk. House Rules & Important Information To help everyone enjoy a comfortable and safe stay, we kindly ask you to note the following: There are no electric vehicle charging facilities on site. The nearest charging point is at the 1066 Café, just outside Robertsbridge. When checking out, please do not leave bed linen or towels on the bathroom floor. There is no secure garden, so please keep dogs under control at all times. Please clear up after your pets. A tin bucket and shovel are located by the bins on the south side of the garage — we will empty it. Our fields are out of bounds to dog walkers. No outside fires, barbecues or fire pits. No candles or naked flames of any kind are permitted in the Dairy. Before leaving, please: Load and start the dishwasher. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Please leave the key in the key safe. Ensure all lights are turned off. If its raining please keep the windows shut. Please park by the grey barn at all times (except when unloading/loading). Kindly avoid obstructing the hosts’ garage. There may be horses and dogs around the yard — we are very happy to introduce them to you. The hosts live in the farmhouse opposite the cottages, and occasionally family members and grandchildren may be coming and going.
