A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The space The apartment house is centrally located but very quiet in a residential area in Ramsau. The train station is only 2-3 minutes' walking distance and the Zillerpromenade also invites you to take a leisurely stroll. The Mayrhofen ski resorts and the Zillertal Arena are only a few minutes away by ski bus. Grocery stores are nearby and if you like fresh rolls for breakfast, you can get them at the nearby bakery. Countless hikes or leisure activities can be started directly from the front door. Guest access In the basement there are storage shelves for the skis and also the ski boots. In summer, the e-bikes can be parked there or in the garage. Other things to note Dogs are welcome here. A dog bed, a bowl and a dog towel are available in our Neschtl. Please note that we charge a small fee of €10 per night (without food) for dogs. We also charge for the wood and materials for our fireplace directly on site (approx. €30.00 depending on consumption). Please understand that due to bad experiences we ONLY accept the wood provided by us. The tourist tax in the Mayrhofen/Hippach vacation region is currently €2.20 per person per day. This fee is payable directly on site after check-in.
